Neither my Clown Loaches, Botia Sidthimunki, or corydorus catfish seem to dare to touch Planaria, but it is very hard to me to keep snails in that tank. Does anyone know if Planaria is eaten by Killifish?

Not to my knowledge but I think that many gouramies will. Particularly blue gouramies.

Thank you, Tyrone..that's a shame...I had one big mean gourami and I don't care for another (I believe he was an Opaline Gourami).

I did find this strange article while searching the web:

    http://www.aquarticles.com/articles/...ria_Worms.html

Indicating that planaria can be harmful to shrimp? My shrimp do not appear to have any problems with the planaria in the tank, but I have not had baby shrimp in a few months.

I was hoping that perhaps a few Killifish could reduce my planaria population without me having to do anything directly to harm them myself I have a 20 gallon long that I can put some Killies in if I don't have to heat the tank (looked at the DIY chiller thread). I was hoping to reduce my electricity bill a bit and break down that tank. But, if I don't have to heat it, I'll venture into a few killies

    Hello

Go see http://www.inkmkr.com/Fish/ about getting some flubendazole. That should knock their socks off.

Otherwise, corys and related cats or small gouramies.

I like to try to avoid meds - is that harmful to shrimp, too? (my computer freezes when I try to access PDF files...I'll have to check it out on Monday at work).

Thank you for that link, lots of great info!
