    Hi all
I want to show my favorite species Austrolebias nigripinnis. Iwas so lucky that i become some eggs from a killi breeder from Argentina; Martin Fourcade, and I have now a large group with this lovely species.

He is just 2 1/2 months old, but they have grown very fast, in fact the fastes I have seen.
It's also nice that he is an F2.
    Hope you like him
    Regards
    Svein

Of course we like him - he is beautiful. May-be some eggs to Sweden later...
F2 should be the worst problem genetically wise or am I mistaken?
F3 should be coming out of the problem zone...

    That's a nice fish Svein.

Erik, selective breeding for good finnage and colour will ensure that the next generation comes from "good" parents. Selecting several pairs to breed together will go a long way to ensuring that the F3 will be healthy and vibrant in colours.

    sibeh swee!

that's "very beautiful" in our street dialect, Svein nice flaring posture

why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.
