    Hello

    I'm not 100% those are the Cairns fish (Northen Queensland). They normally have larger fins but yours may be just young. In any case you are lucky, the big finned fish from Townsville (Ross River) are murderous!!! Most of the Northern populations have BIG fins and a nasty disposition while the Southern ones have smaller fins and are more carm. The Southern fish are also more colourful being more yellow.     I don't have my rainbow notes with me and am mainly regurgitating memorized info which is suspect at the best of time. (I have done some web surfing to backup my crazy ideas though.)

    I may of also found a European source for mellis!!!
