    I coressponded with the fellow at Transfish when that picture first popped up on their site (quite awhile back). He emailed me back to say that they were having a difficult time spawning them and had not succeeded yet. He said he would drop me a note if they were ever successful, but he never has. I think about 1 year after I originally contacted him, I wrote him another email, but he did not respond. Too bad as that is one beautiful shrimp.

    A dutch aquarist mailed them a view days ago, and they responded that there collection has died in the summer due to high temperatures!
    Besides that they are very sensitive, and very hard to breed, only small numbers reach adulthood. What wondered me was that the guy said he still got it on his orderlist but he hardly ever gets them, and when he does they are mostly dead on arrival!

    Hmm.. probably someone from Singapore should get into contact with the exporters from Sulawesi Island, Indonesia.
