Yikes. Just one fry and that would be a big bummer indeed. However it turned out to be one nice male.![]()
Just to ask, would you be having N. symoensi in your collection right now? That's one gorgeous species.![]()

Fish.. Simply Irresistable
Back to Killies... slowly.
Yes, I am kind of lucky to get a male so that I can use him as my subject for photo-shooting.
I do have a tank of 2 months' old of Notho. Symoensi ZAM 92-3. I will take some for you to see later this week or next

Edwin, you must be the kind of guy whose cup is always "half-full". Anyone of us would be very displeased to get only one fryOriginally Posted by edlimcp

Hi Edwin,
Thank you for sharing the wonderful picture of Notho. Jubbi Msumalini Creek K 96-23. So sorry to hear that you managed to get only one fry from a bag of peat, it happened to many of us here too.
The poor bugger looks lonely to me..

I suppose not getting a pair from a bag of peat is part and parcel of this hobby. I suppose this makes the hobby more challenging and at the same time, interesting

Very beautiful fish!
