    Hi all,
I am contributing five pairs of Chromaphyosemion splendopleure 'Moliwe' towards the Species maintenance project.

Same game rules and obligation apply as before.

Interest parties should indicate their interest here and do note that these are not for sale. No PMs or private emails, please.

Wow, that's a pretty one, Ronnie! When I move to LOS I hope you still
    have some of these.

You'll be having a full house, moving down whatever fishes you have, by the time you're in LOS (abbrievation for...?)

FWIW, I'll try to maintain most of the non-annuals and giving up most of the annuals except probably for Simpsonichthys magnificus, Micromoema xiphophora, Renova oscari (maybe) and the 'classic' Nothobranchius RAC Beira 98.

As we 'speak', I'm raising some fry that hatched from overdued peat and if all goes well, the whole lot of unsexed juvenile will be shipped off to NZKA (Stu and Shae, if you're reading this, contact me again)

Bill, every Chrom. has it's subtle beauty but personally, I think you'd love the BIT Ekondo Titi or maybe the SPL 'Muyuka Police Station' (now working on a reversed trio). Do plan for a HUGE fishroom in LOS... I think you're gonna need it!

Back to the 'Moliwe'... seems like I don't have any local hobbyist willing to take up the challenge. <sigh>

Ronnie, that would be Land Of Smiles

It is definitely on the drawing board! I want to personally oversee/help
build it when I get there!

Like KL's quote from the movie "Troy" "Is there no one else?"

Ron, very sorry that I can't partake in this project for now. I have yet to gain any measure of success with the BIT Ijebu Ode from the previous SMP, so I can only drool at the prospect of having the Moliwe. That said, I'm running out of tank space since I'm expecting some bags of eggs coming in.

With the BIT, apart from a bunch of fungused eggs, zero progress. Hopefully by acidifying their water I might get some response from the breeders. I might just try the other trick and isolate the males from the females. Maybe they spend too much time fighting one another.

I suppose there will be some interested parties but I guess they're just too shy to handle the responsibility.
    Fish.. Simply Irresistable

    Hi all,
I regret to inform that I will no longer be maintaining the Moliwe. My entire stock of 10 males/ 6 females will be left for sale at Eco Culture tonight.

Please don't ask for additional females. That's all I have... no eggs, no fry, ziltch!... so the early bird gets the worm!

For those who still have the Moliwe, good luck!

Ah, I am pretty sure that I caught this fish, quite close to the village of Moliwe alongside Pelvicachromis taeniatus and Benitochromis nigrodorsalis
