90 degrees F is slightly higher than 32 degrees C!! Wow

Even at lower temperatures, I find my fish gasping for air. Do you have aeration in your tanks, Joe? The tank I'm keeping my A. nigripinnis in now is rigged up to a DIY chiller. The temperature hovers around 25 C on most days.

That said, you should come down to Singapore soon. I just picked up some nice Parosphromenus linkei at Eco and the range of labyrinths are just wonderful.

I suppose Huizhou doesn't have a large aquaria scene going on, unlike the one that's going on in Guangzhou or in Hong Kong. Speaking of daphnia, the farmers might know where to find these but its a matter of getting to know the right people that can actually help you.

I know some of the guys here are members on the Chinese killifish forum for mainland China and associated territories and perhaps they might know some folks from Huizhou.

The eggs are currently being kept at around 75 F and the hatching day is less than 1 month away.

Has anyone any maps that show where this particular location was collected? I was poking through an atlas one day and was able to find Carmelo and Nueva Palmira on the map(dunno if those are the right cities as I bet alot of towns go by those names).

Both Nueva Palmira and Carmelo are present in the hobby.
