    Hi Jianyang,

Saw your latest avatar on fulminantis. Nice pictures. You bring out the best in them. Show us more. Did you manage to get eggs out of them?

    Hi Selena,

Sorry just got back from a short chalet stay. The avatar is just a re-sized image that I snapped the other day.

I'm not sure if there's any eggs since I haven't checked their peat yet. I think they should have spawned already. I lost one female the very next day after I brought them back. No signs of injury or external disease, so her death was very perplexing. Anyway the remaining female is very active and rather fat, and the two males are constantly sparring, with the larger one having some damage to the dorsal fin.

I need to check their peat but only in two days time since I've just fed them with fresh tubifex worms.

Let me see if I can find the pic I used for the avatar. Stashed it somewhere.
