It's difficult to identify moss just from pictures but what you have is probably Singapore Moss (Vesicularia dubyana).

It is Singapore moss, I've a lot in my tank too. But somehow the leave will turn brown.
May I know if this moss need high lighting and cold water to grow well??

As far as I know, cold water is absolutely essential but high lighting isn't necessary. Under high lights though, mosses grow faster.

my tank temperature set at 26, running by a chiller.
I have Taiwan moss, Weepeng moss, Xmas moss, Spiky moss, Java moss and Singapore moss. Only Singapore moss having this problem...
Will try to put some under light and some at the base to test it...
