Bioplast has many mosses but they don't have a great variety of aquatic plants. To go to Bioplast, take the MRT train to Boon Keng station. Bioplast is just 5 minutes walk away.

As for Downoi's, Teo Aquatic Plants Supplier are sure to have them. Sorry, I can't tell you how much they are selling the plant as prices are sensitive topics. It's best you ask them when you get there. This is their address:

I have to warn you though, Teo Aquatic is not easy to find. The taxi drivers would probably get lost around the Lim Chu Kang area. Even hobbyists who have been there before can't find the farm when they want to go there again.

Oh, you can forget about trading your Downoi's for mosses. The Downoi may have originated from Thailand but now, there are lots of it in our aquaria scene. Teo Aquatic grows so much of the Downoi they practically throw them away.
