yah, ADA soil(black)
what kind of substrates is good for shrimps?
i mean to enable viewing of shrimps more easily..
currently keeping CRS and cherries...
having a hard time spotting some of those shrimps on the substrates..
using aqua soil now..
noticed some shrimp keepers using ADA aquasoil(black)..

I came across lapis used in shrimp tanks, just a small setup though. Why is everyone here using ADA Aquasoil black? Will it make a difference?
correct me if i'm wrong, it will not swing pH
Has anyone used Flourite? Please let me know what you think of it.

Be careful when using ADA Amazonia. Saw that my shrimps started becoming more transparent. Was fine when it was in a moss only enviroment.
