    Hi all,

I will be getting some killies like

    Nothobranchius rachovii
    Aphyosemion austral Gold
    Fundulopanchax gardneri Albino
    Northobranchius Eggersi Red
    Northobranchius Korthasae Red
    Northobranchius Korthasae Yellow

Pls. help me with habitat, food, growing tips and breeding of those fishes.

Should I have separate tanks for each species or they can live together?

What should be the best substrate and can I grow them in a planted tank ?

I have a 4'/1.5'/1.5' . How many fish should be enough?

    Pls. help me out.

    regards

    Welcome to the forum, Amitava.

You will need a separate tank for each of the Nothobranchius because (a) they will hybridise and (b) the females all look the same.

The nothos are all annual, substrate spawning killies, see here for an excellent article on spawning them.

The other species are both plant spawning, non-annual species. See here for details.

While you cannot mix the nothos, the plant spawners can be kept in planted community tanks. Species tanks are recommended, however, for spawning them.
