    Hi

I have 2 tanks at home, one with Tangayika's and a ather one with Poecilia reticulata and some cory's.
    Now i have a new small one, a 6,6 gallon calles Aqua40.
I want to have some killies in it, witch spieces can i hold in susch a small one? I would love to have the Aphyosemion, but is that possible?

    Greetings and thx Peter

Hi Peter and welcome to the forum. Your English is just fine and I've moved your post.

Your 6.6gal will be OK for most Aphyosemion and if it has lots of plants plus a small sponge filter, 2 pairs or trios will be quite comfortable and don't forget floating plants (or a tank cover).

What species do you have in mind? Try the search button and if you can't find suitable answers, let us know.

    Hi Ron

Well the kind i can buy overhere are Aphyosemion Australe (gold), Bitaeniatum, Cinnamomeun, not that match choice
there are a lot of plants in the tank, some wood also, just the floating plants i do not have.
there is a small inside filter in the tank that i can change from outgoing stream.

    Greetings Peter

Peter, I don't think you'll have problems with the killies you mentioned but do you intend to have all of them in the same tank? The floating plants is just to keep them comfortable, so they don't jump. If you have a lid on, you'd be ok. I'd love to hear which bitaeniatum you'd be getting.

BTW, are you anywhere near Antwerp?

    Hi Ron
No im not intend to have all of them in the same tank. just 1 spieces, but i should like to have 1 men and 2 female or so. I do have a lid on the tank. But i like to floating plants as well, specally when they make long roots.
I'm from Ghent, only a 40 a 50 kilometers from Antwerp. So its not that far from where i live
