Hi all,

- Thanks for your postings. I have been to New Trio Fisheries and I personally was turned off by the owner there

- Incident 1 : I wanted to get a Yellow Tang, and I get the pail and also the net. The ah peh took over my pail with a not so friendly face and said. I will catch for u, else later my whole tank of Yellow Tang died !! *** attitude is this ? To me, customer service comes first and I believed most Marine Aquarist are quite well off and also knows how to handle Marine with delicate care.

- I wanted to tell him off, if ur tank of Yellow Tang is all to died, I will buy them all over !!! But looking at his age, I kept the words back to myself and they have also lost a potential customer.

I think it's better for the owner 2 catch the fish for u. Coz, it's still his fish.....until u hand over the notes! But if he caught a different fish than the ones who had chosen, then u have the right 2 refuse. Just my opinion.

As far as I know, I myself along with many others who have gone to New Trio have bad experiences with that grumpy old man. They are a good source, don't get turned off just because of him. The other guy Steven and the young man... they are very friendly. I emphasise... VERY.[]

Refrain from using full caps please, it gives people the feeling you are yelling at them and that's not very friendly
