Hi Eddy
I would move the gardeneri as they assume that your shrimps are food, and are making the best of it.

Hi folks,
I just purchased a pair Fundulopanchax gardneri N'sukka(male and female) this noon.
They really beautiful fish and i like their colour.....some how i have realized that some of my beautiful red cherry shrimps missing and also its shells look been torn to shred.
To my horror, this N'sukka is the real cuplrits when i take a close look at female N'sukka attacking and attempt to eat my super red cherry shrimps.
Guys ....pls advise me how to prevent N'sukka whallop all my cherry shrimps!

IF YOU CAN`T BREED THEM DON`T KEEP THEM
Shrimp molt. They are very soft and tender until the chitin hardens up.
Even the smallest-mouth peaceful fish cannot resist a nice snack of "soft-shell crab."
Provide a lot of rocky structure with tiny hiding places where they can avoid predation just after the molt.
Even that will not help them escape larger toothed monsters, like GAR. Your gardneri will chomp almost anything that moves, and will find even harder-shell shrimp are a welcome snack.
Pygmy Cories are the largest fish I have in with tiny shrimp, and I'm sure that guarantees the shrimp cannot reproduce, in those tanks.

Thanks for the info on that Wright. I am planning on setting up a tank with Corydoras habrosus and some ghost shrimp and I wanted to know if they would be alright together.
