    New to forum - need help id moss

    This moss somehow tag along with other plants and is growing upwards and spreading



    You can see the huge amount of moss right at the front center of the tank

    I think it's Flame Moss (Taxiphyllum sp) but it's always hard to tell from pictures. If you give us more clues, like for instance, where you got the moss from, we might be able to tell you exactly what moss is that in your tank.

    sorry, i did not buy it; i think it came along with other moss i bought and one day, i saw a few "twig" appeared. In 8 months, the pictures above show what it had grew to (big patch now) and "pearl" very well as you can see in the closer picture as below

    I think it is stringy moss, it doesn't curve enough to become flame moss shape.
