eggs of Aphyosemion marginatum Bengui will not hatch

I have some eggs of Aphyosemion marginatum Bengui and they will not hatch - they eggs date is 21-02 and the water temperatur is 26 degree Celsius = 78.8 degree Fahrenheit.

Can I shock's the eggs with harder or softer water or change the temperature up or down ?

any suggestion ??
