Having received a number of Northo eggs from thailand collected 09/04/08 they have suggested a hatch date of 14-21/05/08. They are in moist peat. Unfortunately this coinsides with me being away. The question is How long can I keep these eggs before hatching without to much detriment to them?
    thanks

Incubation time is largely dependent on the temperature that the eggs are stored in. The warmer it gets (above 30º Celsius), as it is in Asia, the quicker the eggs develop and Notho eggs can be dunked in 6 weeks.

If you store the eggs around 20ºC, I suspect that may buy you another 2~3 weeks. I'm only guessing since I'm not from the UK.

Check the following for temperature conversion.

Most notho eggs take about 12 weeks at mid 70`s so you should be ok to give them a few extra days.
