those base fertilizer balls should be somewhat similar to your ADA / GEX soil which contains nutrients / elements already. maybe the fertilizer balls contain a higher concentration, but i guess it should be save.
most likely your corydoras would ignore them anyway. i also believe what bro juggler said it true, there are already such elements present in the water column of the tank![]()
