    Hey,

    not sure if any of you know anything about piano tuning...heard that if you don't tune a piano for a while it will spoil...is it true?

    not only tunning. the heater inside the piano must also be turned on. I remember that when the technician comes to tune the piano in my father's house, he will reminds us to never off the heater. the heater is there to keep the piano dry and some ther stuffs which i have forgotten.

    if you don't tune the piano, it will go out of tune and don't sound right.
    It won't spoil. The strings inside will loosen over time and needs to be tighten
    every six months or so.

    a heater? hmm...would have to check that out in my piano...thanks a lot...
