This really depends on several factors
If you are getting fishes that have already been in the LFS for some time, then it is quite safe to assumed that they have already been properly quarantined. Some (not all) LFS do have back rooms or reserved tanks where they will do proper quarantine of fishes before putting them on sale.
If the fishes you bought appears to be healthy and active, then it should be quite safe to introduce them to your tank directly.
Note that we're talking about quarantine and not acclimatization here. Proper acclimatization is still needed once you go home with your fish bag.
Of course, if you can afford the space to set up a quarantine tank, it would be great. You can observe the fishes for a few days / weeks before introducing them to your main tank.
