    Hi guys...
I bought my CO2 set from NA about one month back and something weird happen today. The solenoid just won't turn off! I pulled out the plug and it is still releasing CO2. The only meter guage indicateds slightly (about 3mm) below 80.

Is it the solenoid faulty? Or is it an indication of emptiness soon? Anyone knows if NA will be open tomorrow?
    Cheers and Regards,

Goondoo, check if any back flow of water has occur pass your check-valve between your CO2 supply point (needle valve area) and the bubble counter. If you find traces of water..probably your solenoid got damaged by it. You might wanna give it a second test by plugging in and on off the power supply switch of your socket or change another socket.

Checked, no trances of water though. The solenoid seems as warm as usual, should be working... any thing else?
PS: The solenoid is connected to a power extension which host the lights as well. The power extension is later connected to the timer, would this be the same problem some one had with his MH lights?

    I called Mr.Chan this afternoon.
He'll be open from 12-3pm on chinese new year eve.

So far my co2 system, also bought from Mr.Chan working well (with solenoid)

If i remember correctly, there will still be pressure in the gauge, so co2 will still be released...for about 2 hours(?) after you switched off the solenoid.
Unless you mean that it is still releasing co2 even after 10 hours!

Hahahaha..I thought what happened. Don't worry, its normal to have some CO2 bubbling even though the solenoid is off as there is still some CO2 left over in the regulator. (Do note that if your bubbling rate is same as what you set after 1hr...then something is wrong with your solenoid..it is energized and probably stuck..hopefully not your case though.

Goon, are you using a ceramic type diffusor? Those diffusor retain some pressure even after the solenoid have shut.

Sorry and thank you guys, I think it should be due to the excess pressure. kekekeke
