ID: Terror in my tank

Hey guys

I was away from Singapore for like half a year so I left my tank the my dad's care.

He bought the following fish (indicated by red arrows) and I realized that it has been terrorizing all the other usual tetras in my 3 feet tank. It also seem to have a habit on nibbing other fish and eating the meat of dead fish.

Any idea what fish is this and should I keep it with a tank of tetras and mollies etc.

Hmm they seem to be very very fierce. Any idea why is that happening?

how many do you keep? if you keep too little, they may do it out of boredem

Don't think they click well with other tetras. Had abt 8 of them in my 4ft previously and they really terrorize the other tank mates. As they are aggressive, they grew really fast. I had no choice but to give them away in the end.
