Japanese to English translation needed!

I got this sticker thingy recently. Thing is, I want to know what it is before I use it.

I seem to remember some Japanese pros here. Anyone can help me read it and translate all of it to English?

i can speak..but when it comes to reading kanji.. i suck..haha.. can make out only parts of it though...
