i am no expert but from what i can see your tank lacks hiding place for the shrimps
after the comment of my last set up.. i made some changes and this is the result..

my shrimp all gone into hidding leh.. in to the rock are the hidding places.. cos i left gaps before stacking another rock on it.. and below the mesh and dirftwood are also gap.. there are also shrimp hidding in there..![]()
Once the moss starts ti grow out & up, it'll provide a good hideout for the shrimps... But when that happens, it may also cover up the stones you laid at the back...
Hmm... maybe you can shift the moss forward more so as to create a moss floor... then can add in some stem plants at the back... Are those 2 bunch Nanas at the back? maybe you can shift them to the midground... [Btw, if they are Nanas, it seems like you had inserted its roots (rhizomes) in the substrate - maybe can attach it to DWs or Pebbles instead?]
