Sagittaria subulata for AAAAAA (make sure they are been pushed back) And let them spread like wild grass - amano like. Pushed them back. Trim them. Tallest at one corner. the ones in the middle keep them low.

Normal Moss for BBBBB (keep them low)

Centre keep it open to create depth and sense of zen.

Use a few plants and will look stunning. Simplicity is Amano style.

This is what I will do

are you going to put some rock in front of the wood? The one on the left is too straight up but then if you have something at the front then it should be ok. Also maybe you want to move both wood little bit to center.

    tall grassy plant:
    1) Cyperus helferi
    2) Vallisneria nana
    3) Eleocharis vivipara

any rock, basically to hide those sharp vertical branch, in other word soften it. and by the way try make a slope to create depth

did you purposely arrange them to look like a pair of hands reaching out from the sand?

Sagittaria subulata - you may want to try keong seong at havelock road. or the plant shop beside nature aquarium.
