Isn't it the same design as Daz hang on fan?

I got mine from the marketplace for my 1ft cube and so far been using it for the last 3 months++. Very silent and i like the design as it is well hidden behind my tank i.e. not so obvious compared to clip on type and the cooling power so far is ok for my nano tank. I think the difference betweem the Mr Cool and the Daz is that the Daz has an adjustable flap at the outlet to direct the angle of the airflow out while the Mr Cool is fixed angle.

Attached is my apisto and galaxy 1ft cube with the Mr Cool hook on fan at the top right corner. Very well hidden and out of sight except for the funnel for the airflow

Very neat design, but how is the power on these types of fans? Comparable to the conventional ones?

I have tried the power of the fan. Suitable for any size smaller or equal to 1ft tank. Quite weak I would say.

Ya very weak, even the design is kinda bulky. From arista->mr cool, i just couldnt find a suitable fan to cool my 1ft to 25 degrees on average.

Luckily i was able to DIY using an ac/dc adapter and a coolermaster 12cmx12cm fan from Sim lim square. Cost around $26.
