I will go for inlet b position where the water flow from the rainbar can push debris and what's not to where the inlet is able to do its job
The role of master and servant begin to cloud in the water..

sorry bro a little confuse here, please advise me
your meaning of " inlet " is it the water flowing back to the canister or water intake to the tank.

I believe it the filter inlet.

Actually it depend on the tank layout, is it heavily planted? if it is empty or iwagumi scape then I would choose A.

I used "inlet B" method in my 5ft tank. However I notice that debris collects at the substrate below the rainbar. I believe the water flow had pushed the debris there.

ok so means that position A will be the inlet for my case? since the rainbar is placed at position A.

I would put my inlet at position A as in ADA diagram, the water from the rainbar should bounce off the glass opposite and flow back to the inlet. if you put at position B , there might be a dead spot at the area just below the rainbar. anyway, interesting that you are selecting the short side of the tank to place your rainbar
