Service Certer for Eheim Filter?

Just wonder is there a repair center for this filter??

You can drop by Qian Hu, they are the distributor.

yes they do carry spare part, other place you can try is NA. but I thing Qian Hu have the most spare part.

Most major aquarium shop will carry some stock. What parts you looking for? Qian Hu will carry the most complete stock. Depending on where you stay, do check out your nearby aquarium shop.

Thanks bro for the info. I'm looking for the O ring actually as it broke. Due to wear and tear.

for O ting, C328 and NA also have it. Other shop not sure

most of the time I went to these 2 shop

Every Eheim part has part number. Look under the link below for the correct model manual and phone them before going down. Hope that help you.

Thanks for the help... I have paid $8 for 3 O ring which I only used 1 and spare 2 pcs.

Good to keep as spare. O ring can wear out over time.

Thanks... Btw have you experience your filter suddenly stop (but can now can hear the filter sound ticking) for no reason. I have to take out the pipe and lower it and then the water starts to gush out.
