Was told they are a type of Echinodorus. Looks like half-sized dwarf sag. About 1 inch tall in the brighter areas. Up to 3 inches in the shaded areas. They have been in that tank about 3 to 6 weeks and have spread quite well. The tank lighting level is only moderate.

Is it Enchinodorus Latifolius / Enchinodorus xingu ?

Off-topic a little, Enchinodorus Latifolius and Enchinodorus quadricostatus could be the same plant as discussed in Chain Swords (TheKrib.com)
Noticed that Tropica listed Enchinodorus quadricostatus but not Enchinodorus Latifolius. And Dennerle is the opposite.

Toledosun, it depends on what you want. I've found E. tenellus very easy to grow and almost cost nothing (if you are able to get some from a forumer).

Any LFS with that plant (on display or otherwise)? Would like to have an idea so that if my micro swords give up on me, I know what to try

I've just trimmed and thrown away a bunch of them yesterday. Maybe next time I can keep some for you.
