The pressure might be to high for the needle valve. Those solenoid regulator usually drop the pressure to around 30-50psi before needle valve.

you'll need a proper regulator where the output pressure or working pressure is limited. usually the needle valve is rated to 10 bar or 145 psi.

I bought a 3.5l tank from NA.
It come with a regulator, (1 guage ) only show the tank PSI.
However when i adjust the bps, it always stop after few hours. I really dunno why.
I had open the cylinder valve fully.
that always happen with manual regulator, can't explain why.
I came across various readings about this problem with manual regulators as well, thus i finalise my decision to just get the JBJ all in 1 solenoid regulator for piece of mind.
