    Hi there,
Just bought a new Prizm hang on protein skimmer. However, it don't seem to be abl to suck the water up into the inlert tube. Thus, it keep bubbling on the water lever at the 1st stage. May I know how to trouble shoot it, as i have tried everything. getting abit tired liao. Want to kick start the new tank, but this prevents me from going on. Would appreciate if anyone can offer advise. Thanks.

    Hi Clownfish lover,

    - I am using the same Protein Skimmer as u, initially I faced the same problem as u Only then I relised that there are 2 holes for the little tube to be inserted One is for sucking the water upwards, once the flow is established, u have to unplucked the tube and insert into the other hole for the bubbles Hope u r doing it the same way as me

    - It's a very good skimmer and will strongly recommend this skimmer, but the price is quite steep

    Cheers

    Hi Marlin,
Got that fixed. However, now facing another situation (u can see it in another topic). My collection cup is dry, but all tiny bubbles on the surface of the tank instead. I tried controlling the flow to small so as not to create too much bubbles. Wondering whethetr that is correct. Care to share? Thanks.
