Flow rate for internal filter

Hi Folks,

What is the recommend flow rate for an internal filter of a 2 ft ~(80 l) cube tank to minimize co2 loss ?

You won't lose CO2 using internal filter unless you are creating a lot of turbulance on the water surface.
