teco issue help needed

Hello bros, i have a teco chiller which i got from my uncle. the thing is he can't confirm the model. according to manuals, i think its a Ra200. the model number on the chiller is recorded as tw2/cvt, rated at 0.3 kw, around 15 kg. anyone can advise me on the model please?

also, i switched it on and connected to atman cf1200 (1550l/hr) to chill my 2 feet tank. however, it took 1hr to chill from 27 deg to 25 deg, and is currently still running now. (i preset it to 23 deg) Hence, i have doubts if it is normal for the teco chiller to kick in for so long. anyone experience with this model can please assist me. thanks bros.

Usually first time will take longer. So is it still chilling or stop already? subsequently, depending on your flow rate and preset temperate and what type of lights you use etc, average should be about every 1-2 hours kick in once and chill for 30-45 mins.
