winq's 2nd CRS tank

1st time, sad but true. all my cherry and crs die.

learn my mistake and start my 2nd time of crs-ing.

cabinet tank: 3ft(L) x 1.5ft(W) x 2ft(H)
base: 15kgs GEX red packet soil with old sea mud below.
light: 3ft 4 x 39W T5. 8-10hrs a day.
filter: eheim 2026
media: 2kgs biohome+ and 1kgs CR
chiller: resun cl650
temp: 22-24 degress.
plants: frogbits, taiwan moss, jap HG and subwassertang.
( 3ml of seachem flourish excel once every 2 week )
tankmate: 3 x oto and 1 bumble bee horn snail.
CRS: 15 grade A/S.

Very neat setup

What's wrong with your first setup?
Your second setup are way too neat, nothing wrong just I will prefer a more natural setup, all the best for your second try

1st setup mistakes.

1) too impatient.. add in shrimps after 3-4days. did not cycle my tank properly.

2) temp not low enough. when fan and aircon not on, temp can reach 28degree.
