Unknown pest in my tank

hi, today i was turning my wire mash to clean the underside of it, i realize that there are some crawing pest there.

it looks like a cross breed of shrimp and crayfish, but a lot smaller.. lol..

anyway i managed to kill some of them

but will somebody ID them and give me me advice on how to get rid of them???

Dragonfly/damselfly nymph.
Do a search of the gallery/forum and see if you find a picture of it.

i'll try to get some pictures.. i managed to kill them then there will be no pics... hehehe
