How I achieved temp 25 Degree with the use of my DIY Fan

it's ambient temp that's more of a concern. i.e. temp around your tank.
if your tank is placed in an area that's around 28C, getting water temp to 25C using fans is no problem.

my current 2ft iwagumi is with 110W, the only algae issue is green spot on the rock . Why on the rock? why not on the glass? no idea

IF I were you I will not complain if the algae is on the rock and not on the tank glass.

I just DIY one by using a 4.5v adapter as I could not find a 12v adapter. Will this spoil my fan? The fan spins slower that for sure...

lower voltage is ok, just slower.
