Hmmm ... catching fighting spiders sure brings back memories. We do it too in Malaysia. But now, I'm looking for the other type of spiders that doesn't jump. Hopefully it's the big hairy types and I catch them (or their images) with a camera. Guess I'm old already. Sigh!

I have many of a good memories of catching and keeping spiders.good old days indeed.(yes, kasing,layang also)we used call spiders various names like "ang bu pao", "ong lye Pao" etc.
And when your "kang" male spider loses, you know you need to "Tong bu" already to recharge him

during our time, nothing much to play except, only have marbles, picture card, rubber band and flying kite during year end and catching spider....

Remember once when opening 2 leaves and peeping through and suddenly see a chameleon instead of a spider, run like hell... almost pee....ha ha ha..
