Congratulations on your tank. He is beautiful. The plants are very healthy. If I may give an opinion, I think medium-sized plants as blyxas or some cryptos the sides would increase the effect of depth of the tank. Just an opinion. His tank is wonderful.

Andre' thanks for the comment, i wanted to use blyxas at that time on the left hand side where the needle fern is in place to give it more depth, but have read that they have special soil requirements.

I find that the wood a bit eye sore... if can change to a nicer piece of wood, then it will be fantastic!! or maybe tie some moss to the wood?

actually wanted a ada black wood but went for the cheaper oceanfree driftwood, was aiming for a non-branched out driftwood look.nice looking plants!!

You can try aquastar Yishun, should be around 20 for a pair. So finishing is quite good if comparing this build vs the rest such as oceanfree, or other taiwanese type.
mind if i ask what you do to keep your indica so reddish ?
