    Hi all

I am beginning to think that my carbon dioxide distribution in my tank is not evenly distributed. Wonder what are the most popular methods you guys adopt to diffuse CO2 into the tank?

the common methods are with the use of either Diffuser, Reactor, CO2 Bell... how effective a method is depend on the dissolve rate. so far, Reactor has the highest percentage.. somewhere ard 85%

    How big is your tank?

Type and placement of the equipment matters. Put diffusors in strong flow areas. Bells are better for small tanks.

If your tank is large, consider splitting your CO2 output to 2 ends. I use an external reactor and split my filter outlet to 2 ends of my 6 foot tank.
