Filter for Fish Bowl

I have a filter for my fish bowl. i bought this filter
from a shop in basement of tampinese mall.

However, this shop is no longer available and i don't know where did they go?

1. Did anyone know where did they moved to?
2. Where can i buy a filter (*square filter, from japan, a bit thick... e.g. 1.5 inch, cost 4/5 dollars only)

If I'm not wrong, I think they have closed down. I think the stuff that they are selling is very expensive! Maybe if you are looking for an LFS in Tampines, you could go to the one at Blk 201, its quite a big shop, you might be able to find what you are looking for there.
