Melafix====cloudy water?

does it cause water to go cloudy???

mine looks like barley soup now

I dont think it should.
Used it b4 to cure fin nips , works fine for me.
Water gets a little foamy on the surface but thats about it.
Still crystal clear .

it shouldn't
but you think about it, oil + water + emulsifying agent, you'll definitely get cloudiness
maybe your tank has something in it that emulsifies melafix

melafix added yesterday.
cannot pinpoint coz the water inside had just been changed and the tank is bare..
did a 2nd partial change this afternoon but still persisted..
used it at previous time with several tanks but no such problem

i think perhaps i know the reason.
it contains 3 very fat fish inside that poo like crazy.
