    I have seen this once in my fish tank
    They looked really scary!

    Is there anyway which we can do to prevent it from happening.
    Also, i see some really small bugs climbing out from moss, they goes back in when a fish is nearby. very scary too.

    Anyway to prevent / kill then off?

    I used to keep them as pets during secondary school days... now whenever i find one, I chop it up and feed to my apistogrammas...

    then bring them to us, we have many apistos ready to chase these little guys..
