Glosso is a nutrient, CO2 and lighting sucker, take note. The tiny hole could be lack of potassium. Try adding some potassium first,.

Too much potassium will also cause stunt growth to the plant.

Poor CO2 or NO3 is likely culprit.

Not to worry, glosso are very easy plant to grow. What i mean is some people really dump lots of potassium, that would cause the stunt growth.

High K+ causing stunting of new growth is another myth. Been there and finally found that CO2 is the culprit since BBA is also there doing its round. Added more CO2 and clean the filter (found flow slowed to a crawl) and plants return to normal and no new BBA growth found.

How about if i stop you from growing and your mentality always stay the same? I think you need to do a search more on potassium. Anyway i'll PM you on Potassium.

Iron will make them green plant more green, same for red plant will grow more red, but again it need others to assist them.

I believe plant only take whatever it can take during photosynthesis. So it should not matter even if you over dose potassium, it just that the potassium concentration in the water will increase and might effect your fauna. Isn't that the idea of EI, over dose everything. Just my opinion, I might be totally wrong
