Help! Little White Bugs!

Oh No... My cherry shrimp tank has quite a number of these little white bugs. They are about the size of a full stop! Some are slightly larger and some are smaller.

They browse through my dark gravels and is kind of scary!
Will there be any threat to my shrimps?
Are there anything that I can do to remove them?

Please assist

how does these things move about? hop around? if not wrong it water flea.. will do no harm to your tank.
