this is how it looks like in the beginning ... new to planted so got alot trouble ..
this nanas petite tree is introduced after that ...
my shrimp
size : 2ft cube tank with black quarzt as substrate .
SPEC : ehiem2213 , ehiem aquaball with biohome+ , using fan temp at 27c , 2L co2 at one bubble/s , lighting T5 4x24w .
livestock : 50 cardinals , 10 sakuras , 20 cherries , 5 blue shrimp .
plants : weeping moss, spikiy moss , nanas petite and seaweed .

might be good to check up on that stem, whether it'll change the water parameters, and whether it can be grown submerged, otherwise if it starts rotting like other terrestrial plants, then your shrimps will definitely get affected...
If I'm not wrong, they sell that plant with bubble fertilizers right?
no ... i did ask them before ... and i still take precaution to soak the bamboo stem in water for a week to clear off toxic ... when i first bought it is put in a water container .
will rooting plants cause problems for shrimps ? i am not using any soil for this setup ... only black quazt .. so i have to trim the root more often ?
