Need advice on suitable filter for 3feet tank

will be upgrading to a 3 feet from my current 1.5.
was wondering which filters to use, preferably canister.
please help.
if possible, can anyone also advise me on what type of soil to use and where to buy it cheapest?

For Canisters

got budget go for eheim Pro 2 series 2026 can already, Pro 2 2028 for additional bio filtration. If not go for Jebo type equivelant canister save the $$$ for other stuff

IMHO Both work the same, some may argue that one is better then the other. Spare parts , price , quality and so on.

For soil is either ADA or GEX.

Canister... Eheim (my 2ft is already using pro 2 202 if budget is good.
