i had read thru many stickies. still i don't see anything with a definative statement regarding as what feature of CRS will deem it a 'hino'.

all i managed to gather is gradec ,b,a,s,ss,sss.. with the increasing grade typically pointing to more areas of white bands or white intensity.

but what does it means when people say they have a hino ss. as compared to a ss crs without the 'hino' label?

    I'm a beginner here.

hino or hinomaru means that the body of the crs is a round shape instead of a red band....

In short it looks like the Japanese flag.

Hence that's the reason why its popular among Japanese enthusiasts.

bro, u mean hino, the red band doesn't extend all the way to the bottom of the belly? issit? ie. instead of the body, u actually mean the red portion of the body is like a jap flag, surrounded by white?

the chart is actually confusing for me to read. it just depicts the pattern on different parts of the body. to me.

Bro i cannot agree with his grading, cause the grading in Singapore and other coutries are different.

His S+ Grade V-Band is a A grade to me
His S Grade 3 White Band is a B grade to me
His S Grade 4 White Band is A grade to me
His A Grade 3 White Bands is a Grade B to me
His A Grade 4 White Bands is a Grade A to me (poor white)
His B Grade is a Grade C to me
