    spotted alot of green spot in the surface of tank and gravel some starts to turn greenish currently using a 2ft tank with 2x36w PL gt 2 SAE 3 flying fox ( dunnoe the actual name ) and mesh of riccia also starts to turn green ... any advice ?

    Can't comment much except it could be due to excess nutrients in the water column. I suggest you copy and complete this questionnaire as best as you could and let us know so that we can have a better idea what could be the problem.

    Green spot algae? Have to remove manually by hand.

    "green spot in the surface of tank" means algae floating on the water surface?
    Is the algae enveoping the Riccia? In sheets?
    Pictures would be helpful in identify the algae and treatment.

    is green spot algae being spotted on the glass tank ... my SAE or flying fox does not seem to be doing any job ... more and more algae forming on my gravels and on nets of my riccia ... gonna change scaping and clean the tank liaoz ...

    light switch on for more than 10 hours daily ... CO2 i am using the commercial DIY type ... will last for 1 month ... and occasionally adding of CO2 tablets ...
