probably getting a larger one would be better maybe a HC-130A that's a 1/15HP

I'm running a HC-150A on a Fiveplan 2ft and its more than enough to maintain 25C, lowest I've tried is 23C but it can probably go lower.
I am also using a 36W PL and was running an Atman CF-600 canister (Which started leaking) that I just replaced with an Eheim Pro 2224 (900 L/hr).
I think a HC-100A should be enough if you are sure the max temp currently is only 29C. Might need to get a stronger pump though to drive the chiller and the OHF. Their guideline of 250L/hr minimum is not really advisable.
You probably want at least 350 - 450 L/hr minimum flowing through the chiller to maintain stable tank temps.

What are the prices like for each of these models?
Anyone care to share.
PM me if not allowed to post prices.
Thanks in advance.

Standard prices here.

For new sets, the prices are at most +/- $20 - 50 from what AM charges.
Thanks for the info.

The HC-150A chiller alone maintaining 25C has added about $7 a month to my power bills. Can calculate based on wattage, but remember that it doesn't run 24/7 and only kicks in when the temp increases.
The room the tank is in is air conditioned at night, but gets fairly warm during the day (tank temp up to 30C)
You can use the Aquarium Calculator tool here to figure out what it will cost to run the lights and filter.

I need some help, for those using Hailea, is Hailea noisy? I have been considering between Hailea and Resun, and these 2 are giving dilemmas.

Go with Hailea. They are not noisy, and its quite well documented on many forums that they are more reliable than Resun.
I own both (Hailea HC-150A and Resun CL300) The Hailea is quieter.

just out of curiousity, are you guys keeping CRS with the chillers? If you are what grades are they?
